Connections, privacy & content access

Check your use case before choosing a route and plan. VPNKQ explains peak-hour connections, multi-device use and access to specific websites separately, without presenting coverage as a guarantee that every site will be accessible.

Choosing routes at peak hours

At peak hours, the region name alone won't tell you what to expect. The same website can perform differently on different routes, depending on your local network, congestion along the path and the destination server's response. VPNKQ offers IEPL dedicated, relayed and direct routes; available types vary by region and are shown in the panel. Keep a regular route and a backup, then compare page loads, video buffering and long-lived connections during actual use. Check your local network first, then switch routes—this is more useful than repeatedly reinstalling the client.

7-day refund policy

Coverage numbers are only a starting point when choosing a subscription; check how it performs on your everyday network. VPNKQ offers a 7-day refund policy so you can test the connection with your usual websites, devices and usage times. Test real workflows, not just the homepage: for example, use AI tools over time, play the content you watch regularly and switch networks on your usual devices. Read the terms for refund rules. To submit a request or check an order, use the support ticket option in the user panel.

No logs

VPNKQ's privacy policy includes a no-logs commitment. When choosing a service, consider connection privacy, account management and how destination websites handle data as separate matters. Network acceleration doesn't replace a website's account rules or change login details already saved in your browser. Read the privacy policy before use to understand how account and service information is handled. If you need help troubleshooting, provide the error message and device details. Before sharing screenshots, hide passwords, subscription details and other personal information.

Unlimited simultaneous devices

Configure your work computer, everyday mobile devices and other commonly used devices under the same account, without choosing a different plan based on device count. VPNKQ supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Device count and data allowance are separate: with multiple devices, keep an eye on your plan's remaining data. Video streaming and background transfers can both use data. Test the connection on each device after importing the configuration so an issue on one device isn't mistaken for an account-wide problem.

Access to AI tools

Being able to open ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Midjourney isn't the same as being able to complete a request. Sign-in redirects, ongoing responses and file uploads should all be checked against the tool's regional policies and your account status. Choose an exit region that fits the tool's requirements, keep the route consistent, then test your usual tasks. VPNKQ provides international routes for access; eligibility, paid features and usage restrictions are determined by each platform. If something goes wrong, distinguish a network error from an account notice.

Streaming access and playback checks

Streaming availability depends on your exit region, account benefits, licensing regions and the platform's detection systems. A list of regions is not a promise about a catalog or video quality. For Netflix, Disney+ or YouTube, first check that the page loads, then see whether the content you want plays, and finally check for frequent buffering during playback. VPNKQ routes can provide cross-border access; check actual availability for yourself. If video quality drops, check your subscription benefits, playback settings, local network and selected route in turn, rather than repeatedly switching regions.

Popular regions and route selection

VPNKQ covers 120+ countries with 230+ routes. The table below previews available regions; it is not a guarantee of streaming availability in each one. Check the user panel and test your destination to confirm route names, available types and access results.

When choosing a route, first check whether your destination service requires a specific region, then compare actual performance on your current network. A nearby region can be a good starting point for everyday browsing, but geographic distance doesn't tell the whole story for an international route. If you're signing in, submitting a request or watching content, try to keep the exit region consistent. Switch to a backup route only when you encounter a clear network issue.

IEPL dedicated, relayed and direct routes describe different network paths; there is no fixed ranking that applies to every network. Your local wireless connection, carrier routing and destination server all affect the result. To compare routes, keep the device and destination the same, change only the route, and note any differences in loading, buffering or error messages. The results will be easier to verify and more useful for troubleshooting.

Route status is shown as a preview, not a speed test for your device. Check the user panel and client for routes currently available and your actual connection experience.

Get a client and subscription

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to get your subscription from the user panel. Client download links are also in the panel, where download access is determined; this marketing page does not provide direct installer links.

From account setup to a working connection

No email required: create an account with a username and password. In the panel, check your plan and order status, then go to the downloads area for the client and subscription import instructions for your platform. After importing, confirm that the client displays a route list, choose a region and connect, then test the website you need to access. If the site still won't load, first check the connection status and mode settings rather than repeatedly generating or sharing subscription details.

Rule mode and global mode suit different troubleshooting scenarios. For everyday use, configure rules according to your client’s instructions. To troubleshoot access in a particular app, temporarily compare the results with a different mode, then restore your preferred settings. Subscription details are linked to account access; import them only on trusted devices, and hide them in screenshots sent to support. The guide page walks you through setup, while the troubleshooting guide helps you work through connection issues by symptom.

Monthly plans and data packs

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. Choose an allowance based on whether your usage is regular; you don't need a higher tier just because you have more devices.

For browsing, research and occasional access, compare the plan with your typical data use.

500GB monthly plan

¥28/month

If you stream video regularly or transfer files often, check whether this allowance fits your usage.

  • 500GB per month

For occasional use, consider a data pack

¥158 / 300GB¥358 / 1000GB¥658 / 3000GBNever expires

Data packs don't reset monthly, so they suit usage planned around a total data allowance. They last until used and never expire, but they aren't unlimited; choose an allowance based on video streaming, uploads, downloads and background tasks. If you use the service mainly at particular times, compare your past data use with a monthly plan and a data pack instead of looking only at the one-time payment.

When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before placing an order, confirm the plan name, allowance and order details in the panel, then pay with Alipay, WeChat or USDT. Data use varies widely by activity, so this page doesn't convert allowances into fixed viewing hours or claim that one plan suits everyone. Check the full plan page for plan terms, payment methods and the refund policy.

Frequently asked questions before you get started

It helps to consider your account, devices, data allowance and connection settings separately. Here are common things to check when getting started. For specific issues, use the troubleshooting guide to find steps by symptom.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe. In the user panel, you can check your plan, orders, subscription and client download options. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps; access is determined by the status shown in the panel. If an order status or option doesn't look right, describe the issue in a support ticket. Don't share your password or subscription details publicly.

Can I use multiple devices at the same time?

There is no device limit for simultaneous connections. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Configure and test the connection on each device. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data; plan your usage around the data remaining in your account. If one device can't connect, first check whether other devices work, then review that device's mode, system permissions and network. This helps distinguish a local setup issue from a route problem.

What's the difference between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. For regular use, check your monthly data consumption; for occasional use, see whether a data pack suits your routine. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check plan details in the panel before choosing. A data allowance doesn't guarantee a particular speed, viewing duration or access to a specific website.

What if a website still won't load after I connect?

First, check that your local network is working, the client is connected and your subscription is up to date. Then check the website's error message: a page timeout and an account eligibility notice require different responses. Keep the same device and website while comparing a backup route or mode setting. If the issue continues, provide your device platform, error message, selected region, route name and steps already tried. Hide personal information in screenshots. The troubleshooting guide walks through checks by symptom.

What payment methods are supported, and what's the refund policy?

VPNKQ accepts Alipay / WeChat / USDT and offers a 7-day refund policy. Before paying, check the plan name and amount on the order. After payment, refer to the order and plan status in the panel. Read the terms for the specific refund rules. To resolve an order issue or submit a request, use the support ticket option in the user panel. Include relevant order details; don't attach your password or full subscription information.
